NOAH has been working for more than 30 years to provide support for people who have nowhere else to turn
The NOAH Academy supports local people who are in need to address barriers to employment, improve their wellbeing and meet others in their community
Our training projects run across Luton, Bedford and Central Bedfordshire, helping delegates to address gaps in their skills and build their confidence
For many, a return to work is the outcome of our support. For others, participation in leisure learning programmes helps them to build their confidence and meet new people. Online programmes are also available
The Rainbow Recruitment Service works to place delegates with local employers who are interested in hiring a diverse workforce, while our Job Clubs provide one to one practical help for those in need of work
